- Due to a landslide, National Route 158 is currently closed. Travel to Kamikochi requires a detour, which is expected to extend the one-way journey by approximately 30 minutes, potentially shortening your stay in Kamikochi. The tour leader will provide detailed information regarding the specific itinerary and duration of your stay on the day of the trip. Please pay attention to their instructions to avoid missing important information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

- Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
