• For private charter trips, infants and children will be counted as passengers. For group tours, if there are children aged 0-2 (free of charge) accompanying, please make a note when placing the order. • Service content varies depending on customer choice: 1-6 person groups and 1-9 person groups are private car tours, and itineraries can be customized. Vehicles: 7-seater Toyota Alphard (maximum 6 people), 10-seater Hiace (maximum 9 people). Chinese/Japanese speaking driver, English communication available via software.
• Kamikochi is a well-known and popular hiking destination in Japan. We recommend that visitors choose one of the two branches, Taisho Pond or Myojin Pond, based on their physical fitness, and combine it with a meal break along the way for a relaxed and comfortable hiking experience. If you plan to cover both attractions, you will need sufficient physical reserves and time. It is advisable to prepare a portable hiking bento in advance to reduce the time spent on resupply during the trip.
• Pre-departure notification email reminder: The night before departure, between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, vehicle license plate information, a map of the meeting location, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it promptly, and also check your spam folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, so we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the latest one sent shall prevail.
• Vehicle usage for group tours: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services, with no additional tour leader. The driver/attendant is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, please enjoy free sightseeing. For groups of 14 or more, guide services will be provided. For one-day tours, if you wish to bring large luggage on board, please indicate this in the remarks section.
• Itinerary Time: The time indicated in this itinerary is an estimated time. The actual time may be affected by factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. The arrival and stay time at each attraction may be slightly adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.

• The temperature difference between morning/evening and daytime in Kamikochi is large. Please be sure to prepare clothing and personal belongings according to the temperature and climate changes on the day of your trip. Wear or bring comfortable walking shoes, raincoat, umbrella, hat, sunglasses, jacket, etc.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
