This experience includes a fully guided, hands-on seafood session where you will learn the traditional skills of shucking oysters and preparing sea urchin in a relaxed and interactive environment. You will work through six premium oysters sourced from different regions across Australia, each offering distinct flavours, textures, and salinity profiles, while receiving step-by-step instruction on proper shucking technique, knife control, and safe handling practices. In addition, you will have the opportunity to open and prepare a whole sea urchin, building confidence in handling more delicate seafood. To enhance the experience further, carefully selected wine and sake pairings are provided to complement and elevate the natural taste of the seafood
