I find this operator is underrated here! I was trying to book through liberty but sadly, it’s fully booked on the date I’m looking at so I sourced for a different operator and found this! I was quite hesitant at first as there’s only 1 review. However, I decided to proceed and everything went well! Go Wild ballooning is very professional! From communicating through both email & WhatsApp to the whole entire flying experiences to assisting to keep the balloon and sent us back to meeting point, all according to schedule & plan! Highly recommended 👍
I was notified of a flight change request and made the change, but then I received word that the flight was canceled on this day as well, so I gave up and asked for a refund. However, I was truly shocked to find out that another hot air balloon company had wonderful flights on the same day in good weather. I want to know why this happened. Since I had insurance on the flight cost, about half was refunded, but I am still not satisfied.
