Other Reminders

• One day before departure the operator will send you a reminder email between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (AET) containing a link to a group chat to communicate directly with the tour staff
• Please contact the operator's customer service team about bringing strollers or luggage as it depends on the bus size and the operator recommend reaching out after 10 AM AET one day before your tour date
• Vehicles are assigned on the day based on group size and are not available for personal use
• Certain activities may involve inherent risks. Participants are advised to understand, accept, and take responsibility for their own safety and participation
• Traveler's insurance must be arranged individually. All modes of transportation used during the tour are covered by damage insurance
• Add-on activities (Winery Experience Only, with Segway, or with Archery) take place at 4 Pines Winery, and can be selected at the time of booking.
• Archery & Segway activity slots are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We will contact you 2 days prior to your tour date if any changes are required.
• Oakfield Ranch Camel Rides: Two riders share each camel with a 130 kg weight limit per person and is not suitable for pregnant women. Please gather 15 minutes before your ride time. Each session starts at 15:00 and 15:30 and lasts approximately 20-30 minutes
• 4WD Sandboarding: Each session lasts approximately 40-60 minutes
• In the event that Camel Rides or Sandboarding are unavailable due to weather conditions, Oakfield Wildlife Park will be offered as an alternative activity

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
