- Seniors aged 60 years and above can purchase a ticket at the child ticket price (valid ID required)
- Visitors with a disability card can enter for free (valid disability card required)
- Strollers and wheeled items are not allowed inside the venue and must be left at the designated luggage storage area
- Exceptions for strollers may be made at the discretion of the on-site staff
- Large bags or luggage should be stored at the luggage storage area before entering
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings as the venue will not be liable for any loss or damage
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
