There were 7 of us in the family with Mr. Morita, who was very professional, kind, flexible, and attentive. He arrived early, adapted to all our wishes (like taking the cable car), and even suggested a stop at Lawson. He recommended a Japanese restaurant based on our preferences, and it was delicious! His explanations, advice, and perfect organization allowed us to fully enjoy our day. We felt pampered all day long. The itinerary was exactly what I was looking for, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji on a clear day, but even without that, my opinion would be the same: the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this excursion. Bhalli was the best driver you could ask for - we had an absolutely amazing and perfect day for our Mt Fuji sites. Bhalli contacted me the day before the trip and asked to move the time from 7am to 5am to beat crowds, traffic and due to Fuji visibility. This was KEY. Had we left at 7am, we would’ve been stuck in traffic and crowds, and wouldn’t had gotten to see Fuji as it clouded up in the early afternoon. if your driver suggests this, DO IT! We had unlimited time at the Pagoda observation deck for photos (wait too long in the day and you get long lines and only 5 minutes for photos). This was the best day of our Japan trip so far! You can provide them with the places you'd like to visit beforehand, and they can help you plan if it's feasible to see everything or offer alternative suggestions. We had such amazing day at Mount Fuji. Harron was our driver and spoke English and was an amazing guide through out the town. We got pick up around 6:00 am from our hotel and arrived around 8ish. We were able to beat some of the crowds that come from tour busses later which was such a plus. We requested our own custom itinerary and Harron took us there safely and efficiently. We were able to do everything on our list at our own pace plus more thanks to Harron. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

I’m really happy with how this trip turned out. The planning was actually very last-minute. I only booked it the night before, less than 12 hours before we were supposed to leave early the next morning. Honestly, I wasn’t sure at first. But everything worked out really well. The service was good, and what I appreciated the most was how flexible they were with our needs. A special thank you to Mr. Haroon, who accompanied us throughout the trip. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding, especially when handling our group and our various requests. He made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable for us. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the trip and really appreciate the flexibility and support we received, especially considering how last-minute everything was. We were extremely satisfied with our private car charter for our Mount Fuji day trip! Our driver, Wang Jingxiang, drove very smoothly throughout the journey, allowing us, along with our elderly parents and children, to enjoy the trip comfortably and with peace of mind. The driver was also very attentive, introducing attractions and local specialties around Mount Fuji along the way. He was very accommodating to the places we wanted to visit, which allowed us to successfully see all the sights we had planned. The itinerary flowed very smoothly; we avoided the hassle of taking public transportation and could even adjust the schedule according to our needs. We are very grateful for the driver's safe driving and thoughtful care, which made this Mount Fuji trip a truly wonderful memory! If we have the opportunity to visit Mount Fuji again in the future, we will definitely choose a private car charter again, and we highly recommend it to families traveling with elderly parents or children! We had an amazing day with our guide, Rana! 🏯 At Chureito Pagoda (with its 400 steps), 🌊 we enjoyed a speedboat ride at Lake Kawaguchi, 🗻 then we got a stunning view of Mount Fuji at the 5th Station, ⛩️ and we finished at the peaceful Kitaguchi Honjo Fuji Sengen Shrine. Rana was very knowledgeable and also took helpful photos at each spot. This tour is highly recommended!
