This pick-up service is provided by Exemplar Coaches and Limousines. I was a little scared when I saw some comments about someone not being picked up after making a reservation. However, in fact, after booking, there will be a dedicated email reply to confirm. Due to the delay during pick-up, The driver waited for me for nearly an hour and told me not to rush when he arrived. So I immediately booked a return transfer service the next day. The flight was at 6 o'clock, and the pick-up was at 4 o'clock in the morning. They came and waited at 3:40. Because transportation in Australia is very expensive, this booking is more affordable than taking a taxi. The driver has a good attitude and is safe and responsible. Highly recommend!

Driver was very friendly. Clear instructions and I found him easily, after identifying a signage with my name. He even helped us with the luggage, which he didn’t have to! Smooth ride, clean transport. Just the two of us, having the whole bus to ourselves that day.

Driver comes to pickup right on time. As I was the only passenger therefore I reached the airport within 15mins. The van is clean and comfortable.
