excellent trip to Otaru. they can change the itinerary based on the weather to your liking. at additional charge, the driver pick me up at my apartment instead having to go to sapporo station.

This was a very pleasant and in-depth tour. The customer service representative, Nana, was constantly helping us coordinate with other tourists who wanted to join a group, allowing us to successfully form a group tour. The driver that day, Mr. Qi, was also very responsible, explaining each attraction carefully. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to see all the attractions. He also staggered our visit to Tengu Mountain to avoid the peak crowds, so we weren't delayed by any lines. This was a very, very happy group tour for us. Highly recommend, highly recommend, super recommend!

The trip started with a traffic jam, and we arrived at the zoo with less than an hour left, which made buying tickets feel like a waste of money. The rest of the trip was rushed, but the other activities were barely acceptable.

this is the most magical experience we had in Japan! transaction was seamless, and our driver was polite, drives safe and very helpful. i personally prefer a private or small group tour to have more time in locations and to keep it more intimate. thank you for making this a memorable experience for us.
