Got a private charter to head of out town to visit the difference cafes. Still had to pay additional for toll on top of the klook fees…… Not sure if worth for 2pax. But if there is more pax for the trip should be ok.
Driver couldn't really communicate in English but he was on time and professional.
The driver is very good and can communicate in English. He will add me on whatapps in advance on the day of departure. I reserve 10 hours left and I can control the time. I can go wherever I want within 10 hours in Bangkok. I only go to one place after booking before departure, but the driver He took the initiative to recommend more attractions for us to visit, which is commendable.

We normally just book grab cars while in BKK but for this day trip to Dreamworld and then to ICONSIAM and back to our airbnb, we booked this instead. It was also Loy Krathong so this ensured we have a ride after the fireworks. Very efficient and comfortable ride for our family of 8!
When talking on whats app in advance, I asked if there was an additional fee to go to Pattaya, and they said there was no, but the day before the reservation, they suddenly asked me to pay an additional fee. So I asked what if they did this the day before, and they said they were sorry and did it without additional charge. However, they sent me a car that was much older than the car they originally agreed to send. It looked the oldest out of all the cars I passed by in Bangkok. The driver was friendly but didn't speak a word of English.
I'm happy with the service. The driver was so kind and patient all through out the trip.
