Global Gateway Lounge Experience at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Very good. The food is delicious and clean. The bathroom is super clean. I had a layover for several hours so I stopped here to eat. It was great.

The lounge is luxurious, spacious and not crowded. Food and beverages are complete.

I used the lounge as a guest, not related to my credit card status, and I was quite satisfied. My main purpose was to use the shower, and the hospitality of the shower staff was excellent. They were constantly working and doing a wonderful job. The hot water worked properly in the women's shower, but it seems the men's shower only had lukewarm water. The food, especially the vegetables and fruits, was delicious.

Recommended for resting before traveling. When booking, I did not know that booking for others was not possible, but I received assistance from the staff, which made everything smooth. Thank you for your assistance.

I wanted to take a shower before boarding the plane, so I used it. This was my first time. The location was as described, but it was a little confusing to go down one floor after passing through immigration. <Regarding lounge use hours> When applying, you need to apply for the start time of the lounge in advance (I applied for 21:30), but the ticket sent to me by email said the start time was 00:00, so I asked about it and they said that it was no problem and I didn't need to worry about it. (This is confusing, so I hope they change it.) When I actually went to the reception (I was almost an hour late from the reservation time on this day), the time I received was the start time of use, and I was told that it was two hours from that time. So I think you don't need to worry too much about the time you specified when applying. Also, the two-hour limit was just something they told me at the reception, and they didn't check how long I was staying. <Regarding shower use> ・You will be given a bath towel ・Soap and shampoo are available in the shower room The shower room is next to the toilet. When I went there, both of the two booths were in use, so I was wandering around the entrance in front of the toilet when a cleaning lady noticed me and told me to sit on a chair in front of the shower entrance and wait. She gave me a bath towel at that time. Unfortunately, the shower room was not very clean. The glass door of the shower booth did not close properly, so the hot water leaked out and my feet remained soaked outside. The water temperature was also low, so it may be too cold to take a shower during cold weather. It was a bit sad for a shower room equipped with a lounge. <About the food and drinks in the lounge> The quality of the food has dropped significantly in all lounges recently, and this is no exception. There is a full range of rice dishes, noodles, and sandwiches, but the ingredients and seasoning were not memorable. As for drinks, there was one type of white and one type of red wine. However, I thought it was good that they had sparkling wine. They had soda, so it was good that I could make a highball with whiskey. The only thing I was interested in was that they had potato chips. I was able to drink quite a bit with this as a snack. My overall impression of the lounge was that it wasn't bad, but compared to the Thai Airways lounge, it could have done a better job.

It was a good experience, giving me some time to relax before the trip.

I didn't mean to book the Miracle Lounge... I booked a different lounge, but it ended up being the Miracle Lounge 😢 It was so crowded and noisy, and kids were running around, so I might skip it next time. There was also a line of people at the entrance showing their credit cards to confirm their benefits... It was a bit disappointing since lounge access is time-limited. However, the cleaning staff were very helpful. I appreciate that.

I was able to enter the country faster than waiting in the regular line, and they carried my luggage from baggage claim to the currency exchange and the ARL ticket gate.

The place is so big that it's hard to find. It's hard to get in. Once you're in, you can take a shower and have a beer and then head to the plane in a good mood!
