one thing to be aware and tip is to make sure to tell them the time and date of your return is the maximum days allowable on your reservation. For example, you booked until 28th, tell them you will return 28th even though you will be back 27th midnight. This is to maximize your pay. This was our mistake, they asked our return date and I told them 27th so they put 27th as the check out even though we pay until 28th. Thank God our flight from Chiang Mai was not super delayed or else we are going to pay for excess hours.

a very nice service and took only 10 mins to get my bags back. i had stored the bags for 5 days. there is one update required in their system. when i booked online i was only allowed to book for 1 day and 1 bag at a time. there should be option of no of days/ dates and no of bags required to book
