- The supplier will send you an email with your tour guide and vehicle information between 19:00-21:00 the day before departure, so please check it in time. It may be in your spam folder. During peak season, the email sending time may be delayed. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email! If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account according to the email.
- If there is a need for an independent group, the supplier will try to arrange it, but it is not guaranteed.
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be used for more than 10 hours. Please be aware that overtime will incur fees (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen per hour).
- In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some attractions and performances.
- This product may be adjusted based on weather and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make other arrangements. The specifics are subject to the actual conditions on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may, depending on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions.
- Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this under "Special Requests" when placing your order! If you do not inform us at least one day in advance and bring luggage on the day, the tour guide has the right to refuse the guest to board the vehicle, and the fee will not be refunded, as this will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety.
- The supplier will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested.
- During the team trip, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as your own abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. Any accidents that may occur after tourists leave the group or leave the group are their own responsibility.
Vehicle & luggage info
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
