- 【About Late Refunds】Since the one-day tour is a shared car service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refund will be given.

- 【Regarding Bus Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the bus. If personal actions cause damage to the interior equipment or defacement of the vehicle, compensation must be paid according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.

- 【About chartered car pick-up and drop-off locations】Both pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses within the Osaka area (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply depending on the actual situation).

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
