1. A shared car tour for 9 people uses a 10-seater vehicle, with a minimum of 4 people to form a group. There is only a driver, no tour guide, and attractions are self-guided. We only provide pick-up/drop-off time reminders and corresponding explanations of attraction names. We do not provide full English/Chinese/Japanese in-depth commentary services. Your understanding is appreciated. Please note that a private chartered 7-seater car can carry a maximum of 6 passengers. A private chartered 10-seater car can carry a maximum of 9 passengers. The charter duration is 10 hours; overtime will be paid directly to the driver at 5000 JPY/hour.
2. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
3. This itinerary is a fixed shared-ride route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements made by the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, there will be a maximum waiting period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to make your own way to the next attraction for collection.
4. Please note that no fees will be refunded to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
5. If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding. However, this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
7. The driver will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil and other products. There is no mandatory consumption.
8. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
9. The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance. Please purchase these yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
10. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 the day before your trip. The content includes: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip. No refunds or changes will be made on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
11. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions on LINE, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and send the LINE group link to you via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
