Fukuoka Yufuin & Dazaifu Tenmangu Full-Day Tour

We are glad that we chosed to join this package to visit Yufuin. We hv a great tour guide Ms 高闯，she is very accommodating, friendly and cheerful, precise on meeting place and time to assemble, sharing a lots useful information along the way. The time slot for each place of attraction was sufficient she also shared a lot information and stories aside related to the attractions. I'll definitely recommend to my relatives and friends if any of them visiting Fukuoka in future. Thank you. kudos to Ms 高。

Participating in this trip with a 50% discount was extremely cost-effective! The itinerary, from 8:00 AM to the arrival at Hakata Station at 6:30 PM, allowed for a full day of enjoyment. The itinerary and transportation arrangements were very smooth! The 3-hour tour of Yufuin provided ample time to admire the autumn foliage and sample delicious food. In Beppu, in addition to a short visit to the hot springs, there was enough time to soak our feet in the hot springs and taste hot spring eggs, which was a great experience. The only slight drawback was the short amount of time at the final stop, Dazaifu, and the fact that it was almost dusk, with many shops preparing to close. There wasn't enough time to visit the garden with its rich Japanese atmosphere and long history, which was a bit of a pity!

Our tour guide Ryou was the best! My friend and I mistakenly booked the Chinese tour and we're the only non-Chinese speakers in the group, but Ryou was kind enough to translate everything to us in English. She explained each site/area very well and provided clear instructions. She was very accommodating and enthusiatic the entire time. The tour went smoothly and we had enough time to explore each area, and we even got back to Hakata station earlier than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

The itinerary was fulfilling but not rushed. Tour guide Xiao Liu was very kind and professional. The Kamado Jigoku (竈地獄) attraction was very interesting, with shows to watch, hot spring water to drink, and steam for facial treatments. The complimentary hot spring eggs were also delicious.

This itinerary is very convenient and offers great value for money. We spent a full three hours in Yufuin and even got to take photos at the Mt. Yufu trailhead (which other Klook tours don't seem to offer). Our guide, Liu Yang, was very experienced and managed the time perfectly!

Our tour guide, Xiao Liu, was very professional in introducing the attractions and made sure to remind everyone of the meeting times and locations. We appreciate the company's excellent planning, which allocated appropriate time for each site! This allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery with a pleasant mood!

The meeting point was simple and clear, which was great, and the bus ride was comfortable. Before arriving at each attraction, the tour guide would introduce the local characteristics, which was pretty good. The whole trip with bus transfers was excellent, and we could go to many places. I recommend it to people who want to go to multiple attractions but only stay for a short time. It's also highly recommended if you bring your parents and children because you can get plenty of rest on the bus.

We were very satisfied with this one-day tour of Fukuoka. The tour guide gave detailed and lively explanations; besides introducing the attractions, they also explained the origin of Umegae mochi, giving us a deeper understanding of Kyushu culture. The itinerary was smooth, and the time allocation was reasonable. We suggest slightly extending the stay at each attraction to give group members more time for photos and sightseeing. Additionally, we suggest the guide avoid using the term 'Simida' when referring to Koreans, so as not to make some group members who love Korean culture feel sensitive or uncomfortable. Nowadays, mobile phone audio and video recording are very convenient, and such remarks are easily recorded and can cause controversy, so it is best to be more mindful. Overall, the experience is highly recommended!
