This fireworks festival experience exceeded all expectations! The fireworks designs were so unique, it was truly romantic and unforgettable! The fact that the entire trip was so perfect is all thanks to our guide, Ashley! Her professionalism and attention to detail deserve high praise! First, she is fluent in four languages, and on the tour bus, she was able to clearly explain all safety precautions, itinerary details, and methods to prevent us from getting lost in different languages, allowing travelers from different backgrounds to fully grasp the information and feel at ease. Secondly, Guide Ashley clearly did a lot of preparation beforehand, and she was extremely familiar with the local routes and event procedures. Not only was the journey smooth, but the return trip was also perfectly timed, perfectly avoiding crowds and traffic jams, allowing us to end the trip with a relaxed and happy mood. Throughout the entire process, she did not forget to take care of everyone, constantly reminding us to pay attention to road vehicles and which side to stand on for safety. This attentiveness is truly rare. In comparison, another accompanying guide seemed a bit unfamiliar with the terrain and arrangements, which made me appreciate Ashley's seriousness and reliability even more. If I really had to mention a small area for improvement, it would be to hope that the parking location could be closer to the venue in the future, so we could walk less. But overall, this was definitely a perfect experience!

The annual fireworks festival in Oarai is here! With Klook, you can choose a package that includes round-trip transportation from Tokyo Station and reserved seating. The guide will give a brief introduction in Japanese, Mandarin, and English. It's very convenient because you don't have to figure out transportation yourself, but it's a two-hour drive from Tokyo. The trip there took three hours due to traffic. The fireworks display lasts for an hour and a half and is unforgettable. If you've never seen a fireworks festival, you should definitely experience it!

Participated in the Tsuchiura Fireworks tour, C section seats. The tour leader speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, so communication is not a problem. We will stop at the outlet for about an hour, so if you want to shop, you need to aim for your targets quickly and accurately. The large bus will stop 3km away from the fireworks venue, and it takes 30 minutes to walk to the venue, so please wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes. It will be cold by the riverbank and in the evening, so dress warmly. The whole trip went smoothly. We left the fireworks venue at 20:15 and arrived at Tokyo Station at about 22:50, so there is no problem transferring to the JR line.

It seems that the operator lacks experience and there is room for improvement. On the bus, it would be better to first introduce the attractions and announce the meeting time in advance. The schedule could also be improved; if time is insufficient, it would be preferable to shorten the pear-picking session rather than the outlet visit. Restroom breaks should also be arranged during the bus ride. However, the choice of location for viewing the fireworks was good.

No need to buy tickets on the official website, very convenient for friends who don't speak Japanese. You can easily get to the venue, but the drop-off and pick-up points are a bit far.

The itinerary was clear, and the driver and guide spoke Chinese and English, respectively. Their interactions and conversations were friendly. It felt like a small group tour. They managed the return time well, and the driver was excellent. Although the tour didn't include admission tickets for the Firework Festival, they still took us to areas with good views.

This annual event's tour guide experience needs improvement in areas such as planning, communication skills, handling non-Chinese speaking tourists, and managing unexpected situations (staff requests to leave/destination changes). Klook should also require all tours to clearly specify whether they are Mandarin-only or bilingual (Mandarin/English) tours.

Expensive, and a 40-50 minute walk to the venue after getting off the bus. The venue itself was chaotic. The tour guide lacked experience and often led us astray. A very poor experience.

Due to most people causing tour buses to park a bit far from the venue, some hadn't arrived yet. The tour guides distributed the admission tickets upon arrival, leading to some confusion. Also, there were no programs, causing further confusion regarding seating. It is hoped that admission tickets and programs can be distributed earlier. One thing to praise is the driver's safe driving, and thankfully, no one got lost.

My tour guide was Ashley, she's very lovely and speaks multiple languages, and even a little bit of Taiwanese. She and another guide led everyone with handheld lights in front and back, which was really thoughtful. The only downside is that the Tsuchiura parking lot is really far away.
