It cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and it is non-transferable or giftable. No compensation will be given for expiration or loss.

After purchasing any ticket type, use the mobile number used for purchase to get a 1-hour free storage voucher at the self-service storage area of the observation deck.

Tickets that have not been redeemed can be refunded online, and unused expired tickets can still be refunded. Partial refunds are not allowed. Once redeemed (including tickets or complimentary vouchers/gifts), refunds are not allowed. If a refund is requested after redemption due to force majeure such as sudden weather changes, fire alarms, or malfunctions, leading to the emergency closure of the scenic area, please register at the cashier.

The Stage Magnolia Viewing Platform is a 360° open-air viewing platform located 320 meters high. For your safety and the safety of others, dangerous behaviors such as extending items beyond the railing, running, leaning on, or climbing glass railings are prohibited. Uncivilized behaviors such as prolonged occupation of viewing areas during peak hours are also prohibited. Related behaviors will be investigated and prosecuted according to law.

For the health of tourists, visitors with acrophobia, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, etc., please purchase tickets with caution. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the visit to ensure safety.

To ensure customer safety, in the event of emergencies, especially force majeure such as strong winds, rain, snow, approaching thunderclouds, hail, photochemical smog, and abnormal high temperatures, the service provider may close the observation deck without prior notice.

Please do not bring pets (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs are permitted with relevant documentation). Transportation tools such as wheelchairs, strollers, bicycles, roller skates, lighters, knives, umbrellas, flammable, explosive and other dangerous items, and other items that may scatter or fall are also prohibited.
