Purchasing a full-priced adult ticket for 230 RMB entitles the purchaser to a Stage cultural and creative store no-minimum-spend voucher benefit valued at 30 RMB. This benefit can be redeemed using the ticket QR code and is valid only on the day the ticket is verified and used. It cannot be exchanged for cash, does not give change, is non-transferable and non-giftable, and will not be reissued if overdue or lost.

After purchasing any ticket, use the mobile phone number used for the purchase at the observation deck's self-service storage area to obtain a 1-hour free storage voucher.

Unredeemed tickets can be refunded online, and can still be refunded if they expire without being used. Partial refunds are not available. Refunds are not allowed after redemption and use (including tickets, coupons, or free gifts). In case of force majeure such as sudden weather changes, fires, or equipment failures that lead to the emergency closure of the scenic area and require a refund after redemption, please register at the cash desk.

The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck is a 360-degree open-air observation deck located at a height of 320 meters. For your safety and the safety of others, dangerous behaviors such as extending items beyond the railing, running, leaning against, or climbing the glass fence are prohibited. Uncivilized behaviors such as monopolizing the viewing area for long periods during peak hours are also prohibited. Relevant behaviors will be investigated and held legally responsible.

Security and service personnel are stationed throughout The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck. Please follow the staff's instructions during your visit, and feel free to ask them for assistance if needed.

Out of consideration for visitors' health, those with a fear of heights, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or heart conditions are advised to purchase tickets with caution. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised throughout the entire visit by an adult to ensure safety.

To ensure customer safety in the event of emergencies, particularly force majeure such as strong winds, rainfall, snowfall, approaching thunderclouds, hail, photochemical smog, and abnormal high temperatures, the service provider may close the observation deck without prior notice.

Please make preparations such as makeup and sun protection in advance according to your own needs. Please do not bring prohibited items including large luggage such as suitcases, backpacks, and handbags. These items should be stored in the self-service baggage storage area on the LG1 floor beforehand.

Prohibited items include the following: professional cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, megaphones, two-way radios and similar equipment; handbags, backpacks, and large luggage such as suitcases; camping equipment (tents, folding chairs, floor mats); food or drinks; drones, balloons, kites, and other flyable items; pets are not allowed to enter (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs may accompany, and relevant documents must be carried); wheelchairs, strollers, bicycles, roller skates, and other means of transportation; lighters, knives, umbrellas, flammable and explosive dangerous goods; and other items that may scatter or fall. Note: When entering, staff and security guards will check your belongings, please cooperate.
