Driver name: Sun Qinghe I made a reservation because I was arriving late at night and there was no public transportation. I was able to find the driver immediately upon arrival, and it was great that they helped carry my heavy luggage. They even assisted me with hotel check-in, which was very helpful. Since the arrival transfer was excellent, I also booked the departure transfer.

I used this service for my airport transfer to the hotel. I chose this transfer company because it had many positive reviews and high ratings. When booking through the Klook app, you enter your flight number, which is reassuring because if there's a delay, the transfer company will adjust accordingly. The driver was waiting for me in the arrival lobby even before my scheduled pickup time. The arrival lobby was full of drivers waiting for passengers, so I was glad I had requested a name board, which made it easy to find him quickly. He helped me carry my large suitcase to the car and loaded/unloaded it, which was very helpful. I also appreciated not having to engage in unnecessary conversation, which made the ride relaxing. The car was large, spacious, clean, and the driving was safe, making for a comfortable experience. If I have the opportunity to travel internationally again, I would definitely use this service.
