A fantastic trip! The Twelve Apostles were beautiful and magnificent. The Great Ocean Road scenery was very stunning. Our driver and guide, Zhou Zhou, was professional and friendly in explaining the itinerary and arranging the schedule.

The tour was not enjoyable at all. They did not mention the extra charge if the trip is delayed (even if it's because of the weather) until the day before our trip through private message. Although we had a Chinese-speaking driver, he rarely talked during the trip and did not give any information about the places during the trip. The worst thing is that he was using his phone while driving at high speed.
