What to expect
Explore the world-famous Snow Monkeys in the morning and 1,350-year-old Shibu Onsen on this scenic guided Private Tour. Enjoy a beautiful drive through vast orchards before reaching the Monkey Park.
The park entrance is a 30-minute walk; you will have ~50 mins to enjoy the monkeys. Avoid massive ticket lines with our exclusive pre-secured entry option! By visiting in the morning—before the heavy afternoon crowds arrive—you can enjoy a much more peaceful experience.
Next, a 5-minute drive takes you to the historic Tamamura Honten brewery (closed Sun/Holidays) for sake/beer tastings and art. We then lead a guided walk through Shibu Onsen’s nostalgic streets-keep an eye out for local wild monkeys! For the best experience, we recommend avoiding Sundays and Wednesdays when many shops close.
