Hanoi - Halong Limousine Minivan by Ha Long Travel Limousine

The office contacted us a day ago about the rough pickup time and other driver details, and exact pick up time and vehicle number was given one hour before our pick up time. All the commnications were through Whatsapp. The driver welcomed us to our seats and drove safely along the way from Halong Bay to Hanoi. For us, they specified that we will be transported by another car from surburban Hanoi to center Hanoi, it's not comfortable as the limousine, but it's still good. The driver was kind enough to divert the backseat air conditioning vents to other direction, and he also checked the traffic before inviting us to get down at our destination. From this experience of us, they did provide great service for this minivan travel.

This is a very convenient shuttle service. The driver picked us up at our designated hotel and dropped us off at our designated hotel in Ha Long Bay. With individual seats and premium service, the entire journey was very comfortable, taking about 2.5 hours. It saved us a lot of unnecessary hassle. Highly recommended!

Great communication, amazing van with very comfortable and spacious seating. Our driver got us to Halong Bay in good time, while taking lots of care and being safe! We even had a pit stop for food and a bathroom break. Would highly recommend.

Please ensure you have a WhatsApp account for easy communication with the vendor. The driver was very punctual. The journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, including rest stops and waiting time, takes about 3 hours. The vehicle was very comfortable and had Wi-Fi and massage chairs – awesome!

The driver sent a message to reconfirm before the pickup time. After arriving in Hanoi, we transferred to a smaller car that took us to the hotel, making the transportation seamless.

Includes shuttle service: Large limousine. Appointment required 1 day prior to pick-up. Pick-up at the hotel in Halong Bay, on time. Comfortable seats, with Wi-Fi and chargers in the car. The car took almost three hours to reach Hanoi. Stopped to change to a sedan to take us to the hotel in Hanoi, professionally. Highly recommend this company.

We were also scared after seeing so many reviews, worried it would be as bad as they said. First of all, the vehicles that picked us up from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back were the ones pictured, very comfortable and bottled water was provided. We stopped at a rest stop where we could "choose" whether to buy something or get off to use the restroom. If you didn't want to, you could stay on the bus. The rest stop had a lot of good food! The vehicle was also much cleaner than most people described. The two drivers I encountered didn't speak much English, so we had to contact the tour operator (the people who contacted us were from the company, not the drivers!). The company responded very quickly. On the first day, they mentioned it was a 7-seater minibus, not a luxury minibus. I wondered how bad a non-luxury minibus could be, but it was the same as the photos they provided. All in all, this trip was great.

Very convenient and comfortable ride. From airport we went straight directly to old quarter to eat lunch, they then picked us up by the restaurant then dropped off to our hotel in Halong. Was able to arrive at the hotel at the expected time, and they are very responsive to inquiries as well.

The driver drop off us to wrong harbour, after we found out from the cruise counter. Our cruise counter lady tried her best to contact the driver company to check if can arrange the driver came back to pick up us to the correct cruise center in Sun international cruise centre. The driver company is very responsible to re-arrange the pick up and drove us to the correct point. It is very good and recommended. There are some irresponsible company tried to push away the matter , and ask customer to make the report through the Klook to investigate the issues. And the additional fee is not cheap to go over from the drop off point to the sun international cruise centre. Thanks Klook to find the responsible company to guard the customer when oversea.
