We had a wonderful cooking class with Yuki Wada! Yuki was an excellent instructor who guided us through the process of making delicious gluten-free dumplings and gluten-free ramen from scratch. Yuki was a great instructor who was patient with us throughout the whole experience. We were running well behind our scheduled time, and we still made a delicious meal coupled with genuine, funny conversation. It was appreciated whenever we had technical questions on technique, product type, or general cooking questions, she was knowledgeable about it all.

We had the most wonderful experience cooking and learning from Yuki. It was such an enjoyable and different activity to do. Now we have some extra recipes to try - we will definitely be practicing our gyoza making 🤣I would recommend anyone thinking about this to do it, so much fun and delicious.
