fantastic time making sushi with yuki!! the class was supposed to be two hours but we ended up getting caught in conversation and it felt like we were at a party with friends! would absolutely recommend! the sushi was also delicious!!
The expirience was magical, yuki is fluent in english, very fun and friendly to study from. we learned alot as beginners and feel like we learnt enough to make ourselves some sushi and miso soup!! i realy recommend this expirience.
Would highly recommend doing this cooking class. Just finished food was delicious, very easy to follow the instructions in English and came away so full at the end. We even got the step by step instructions and traditional recipes from Yuki. We made Nigiri, Large Sushi Rolls small sushi rolls and miso soup all from scratch!!

Yuki is an amazing host and one of the highlights of our Japan trip. She is kind, patient, communicative, welcoming, and positive. We learned so much from her, including Japanese cooking techniques beyond sushi making! She was even able to modify recipes last minute (literally the morning of!) to accommodate my husband's Celiac disease (gluten-free). We cannot recommend her service enough!
