[Mount Fuji Hakone Day Trip] Owakudani & Lake Ashi Pirate Ship & Lake Yamanaka & Oshino Hakkai & Ropeway Experience Tour (From Tokyo)

Our trip was with Guide Wonyang. Among the many guides available, he was the quickest and most efficient. Over 20 years ago, I visited Hakone on a free pass for a self-guided tour. This time, I came with my husband and daughter, and since it was our last day, I wanted to conserve energy and travel comfortably, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Despite it being July, the weather was cool. We took a pirate ship on the lake, which is central to Hakone, then rode the ropeway up to see the active sulfur volcano, and even tried the black eggs. We then moved to the Mt. Fuji area and explored a very beautiful village. Although we only saw the peak of Mt. Fuji above the clouds, which was a bit disappointing, we were lucky to see even that much. We enjoyed the view, the lake, and the swans, and the scenery was so lovely that we left feeling very happy. For lunch, we had wagyu beef, kimchi, bean sprouts, and unlimited curry – wow! Having lunch pre-arranged made our travel and sightseeing incredibly fast and convenient. Our guide, who was fluent in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, was truly amazing! It was a wonderful trip. Thank you!^^

I've traveled to Japan independently many times, but this was my first time joining a Klook tour. In the days leading up to the trip, it had been raining intermittently in Tokyo, and I was worried the rain would dampen our spirits. Luckily, the weather cleared up today, and it was a beautiful, sunny day, perfect for an outing. Since it was a weekday, we didn't encounter any highway traffic, which kept our itinerary on schedule. Our tour guide, Yuan Yang, was born in mainland China, studied in Korea, and then moved to Japan for work, marriage, and to start a family. She's trilingual in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, so communication was absolutely seamless! On the cable car, she provided key explanations and important notes, and also allowed travelers time to rest. She didn't talk non-stop throughout the journey, making it a relaxed and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't want to spend too much time on trains and transfers.

Absolutely loved this tour! 🇯🇵✨ This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable. Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day. A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. The Mount Fuji tour was great and full of fun experiences. Trying the famous black eggs was unique, and the pirate ship cruise along the lake was very enjoyable with beautiful views. The cable car ride was also a highlight, offering stunning scenery from above. Overall, it was a well-rounded and memorable tour—definitely a good experience! thanks to Laila

Very enjoyable tour. Arigato gozaimasu to our tour guide Evita. The itinerary is was good and packed. Tour guide was good at ensuring everyone was punctual. Weather was very good and we managed to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. The bus journey back was over 3 hours due to slow traffic after the long weekend holiday in Japan. We especially enjoyed the quiz with prizes on the bus journey by our tour guide. We won the tour guide’s lucky bell. Thank you Evita and driver.

Jiaoying was a great host and was very prompt with moving us through all of the venues. the ride was great and overall fantastic experience unfortunately the weather did not cooperate very well but I still had a great time

Excellent tour led by Jack, the best guide we could have asked for. He clearly explains the itinerary and important information about the places you'll visit. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji, and Jack took us to the best spots for photos. I 100% recommend taking this tour if you visit Tokyo.

Erik our guide was brilliant from start to finish, his knowledge and enthusiasm for Japanese history and culture made for a very enjoyable day, everything ran well, he was well organised and efficient which ensured an easy laid back day for us. There was plenty of time at each of the stops, we were very fortunate with the weather and got perfect views of Mount Fuji. Erik ensured the group was together at all times when required and we felt very well supported on this trip. 10/10 recommend.

Brilliant day tour around Mt.Fuji, Hakone and other scenic places. Excellent guide Laila just made this tour even more enjoyable. Her friendly approach and informative guidance through the day certainly enhanced the overall experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Tokyo and fancy a change of scenery from the big city.

We're a couple over 60 traveling, and we chose this course hoping to see Hakone and Enoshima! It turned out to be a great trip. At Hakone Shrine, Lake Ashi, and Owakudani, we enjoyed active experiences such as the ropeway and pirate ship ride, and we also took a leisurely stroll around Enoshima. It was a very cost-effective tour, and we were twice as happy to have such a fun day. Also, our guide, Wanting FENG, mainly gave explanations in English, but she also gave us individual and polite guidance in Japanese and often checked in with us, which was a very warm and welcome consideration. ♡ This time, we were a group of 12, so the medium-sized bus was easy to maneuver, which was great, but the smell of gasoline? was a bit strong in the back seats at times, which was a bit of a shame, but overall we were satisfied!
