Sea Lion Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Itinerary: In the morning, a private car picked us up directly from the hotel entrance and took us to Ha Long City and Ha Long Bay Port. We boarded a cruise ship to Ha Long Bay. Lunch was a buffet on the cruise ship; the variety of ingredients was a bit limited but sufficient. Drinks were available for purchase. After lunch, we began a tour of three attractions with the guidance and introduction of the tour guide. After the tour, we returned to the cruise ship for a sunset party, which was very lively and fun. Finally, we returned to the port and took a private car directly back to our hotel in Hanoi.

Our 1-day cruise with Sea Lion was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was perfectly organised, and the activities flowed seamlessly. We had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Max, was exceptional—polite, kind, and attentive. He ensured everyone was well-informed about the itinerary and shared interesting historical insights about each place we visited. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

they message us the day before about the time and place of pick up. we are 3rd to the last to be picked up so we got the leftover seat which is at the very back of the bus. I chose limousine bus for the leg space but since we got the last row, small leg space. our first stop is the bamboo and silk store then board the boat and had buffet lunch. The Sung sot cave was pretty nice. Titop beach is a little crowded.

This was my first time to Ha Long Bay, and the full itinerary was cost-effective and well-organized. Our guide, Augustine, provided excellent explanations. Also, the people I traveled with in the limousine were all very nice, making for a highly satisfying trip.

The views at Tip Top Island beach, Halong Bay, were absolutely stunning. Our tour guide, Dong, was very friendly, and everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We were picked up on time and arrived back in Hanoi exactly as scheduled. The only minor issue was that the food on the boat was a bit bland; only the oysters were delicious. Drinks also had to be purchased on board.

Everything was good just seating should be couple friendly because we were given aisle seat and a group of female were given window seat.

I had a great trip with Sea Lion Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The boat was nice and clean, and the view was very beautiful. The guide were kind and helpful, which made me feel comfortable. The food was delicious, and the sunset party was really fun. There were many exciting activities that made the journey more enjoyable. It was a great way to see the beauty of the bay.

Ha Long Bay is more beautiful than any photo I’ve seen. The food was generous and tasty, and the views from the top deck were unforgettable.

Disappointed because it was hazy all day due to winter. However, the islands rising above the sea and the stalactite caves were amazing. The meal on the boat and the event on the boat at sunset were satisfying.

Max is very helpful, every destination is breathtaking and he helped us understand everything from history to assisting us from the start to end of day! this is value for money! safe, nice itinerary, good food and very nice people!
