The cruise boat was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to enjoy the incredible scenery. Sailing through the limestone islands and emerald water felt surreal. I especially enjoyed visiting Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top Island. The views from the top were absolutely worth the climb, and the activities were timed nicely without feeling too rushed. The lunch buffet was better than expected with a good variety of food, and the staff onboard were attentive and welcoming throughout the trip. We booked the Ha Long Bay tour via Klook and it was a fantastic experience! Pickup was on time and our guide, Jacy, was friendly and informative. After a short break, we reached the port and boarded the cruise. Lunch onboard was tasty with some vegetarian options (drinks not included). The visit to the cave was lovely—make sure to bring sunscreen, a cap, and a fan as it can get hot. Kayaking was fun but limited to 30 minutes. Tip Top Island was amazing—you can swim or hike to the peak for stunning views. No plastic bottles allowed, and alcoholic drinks must be purchased onboard. The sunset party was the perfect end to the day, with music from all over the world and free red wine. As an Indian, I truly appreciated the song variety. Big thanks to Jacy and the crew for making the trip memorable. Absolutely worth it!

We had an amazing cruise in Halong Bay. Everything was well organized, the scenery was absolutely stunning, and the activities were perfectly balanced between relaxation and exploration. Special thanks to our guide Zung (also known as Oliver). He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. His English was clear, and he did a great job managing the group and explaining the history and nature of the bay. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience on our Ha Long Bay day cruise! Even though it was just a day trip, everything felt well-planned and worth it. The boat was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the views were absolutely stunning—limestone cliffs and peaceful scenery everywhere. Well worth experiencing! Cruising among the amazing karst view. Frank is our guide for halongbay trip. My sister is special child and my parents are above 60. but we have no problems at all because Frank is a good host! and also He is really nice and funny which made the trip enjoyable. We really had a wonderful time at Halongbay.

There's a lot of cruise, but gladly I book Olympus one day cruise. We're picked up by limousine bus on time in front of hotel. Comfortable limousine bus. We really enjoy the trip in Ha Long Bay. The cruise has 3 floor. Very clean. The bathroom is clean enough, there's bidet too. And there's jacuzi at the upper floor. The itinenary is good enough too. One of the best experience

I can't recommend Cozy Vietnam and our guide Tony enough! Excellent service through and through. We're a young family with 2 toddlers and a baby travelling in this Vietnam heat 🥵, so we very much appreciate the extra help and consideration we receive on tours because we have young kids. The itinerary was well planned, the bus was clean and spacious, enough time at each site, delicious buffet served, even a small little dance afternoon sunset party, which my family loved as we love to dance 😆 Very family-friendly for sure. Highly recommend for a day tour to Ha Long Bay!

Fantastic, the place is simply indescribably beautiful. The limousine buses are comfortable, the guides are caring, and the food is delightful—very delicious with a wide assortment, including huge seafood prawns.
