Booking was very easy! It’s a self guided tour which was perfect for us, we had a a lot of time to explore on our own time. We had a private driver Mr. Zhu and he was super nice & helpful with many questions we had! He gave clear instructions on pick up places. We highly recommend this if this is your type of sight seeing. Ask for Mr. Zhu if possible! Happy Travels :)

Our tour guide Ms Sun is very good. She explained the history thoroughly to us while we are on our way to the attraction so that we will know the background when we reach the place. The journey was very smooth and the itinerary time was just right. The Driver Mr Fu was very friendly and also gave us some advice on how to take the high-speed rail etc. We had a great time on this trip!

we were picked up on time and William, our guide, explained the plan for the day, which matched the information from the tour agent and the Klook description. Of all the visits, the Jade Buddha Temple, the Yu Garden and the Bund were most interesting and worth a second visit. William was very well informed and fun to talk to (in good English). He also ordered a good lunch for us, which we enjoyed.

Our tour guide, Shanshan, was fantastic! She was very professional and considerate of the elderly and children in our group. She planned a wonderful itinerary for us and gave us a fantastic tour of Shanghai.
Yu garden close on monday but not mention and i have pay charge. i will request to return my amount but no response.
Very disappointed. The tour guide has little experience and is completely unaware that the scenic spot is not open. It is a waste of time and a trip! Request for refund still no reply

⏰ Schedule The standard departure time is around 9 am. The trip generally ends around 5 pm, at which time we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are the most important, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking. During peak holidays, it is recommended to depart early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable trip. (The order of attractions in the itinerary can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation and customer needs.)
