Shibuya Go Karting Experience by Akiba Kart Shibuya

This was the highlight of my Japan trip! This is a guaranteed fun time. There were many go-kart options to choose from, and I chose this one because of the price and location. The tour guide and staff here were nice. Everything was working properly. I would highly recommend it!!

Arrived early so I can try the outfit that I want. Everything is guided from A-Z in English and you can understand the guide easy. I was nervous but seeing how helpful the instructor Ms Eunji is, I feel confident driving in Shibuya! Very cheerful, helpful and gives off positive vibe. I get to see Shibuya a lot more closer in a different feeling. One of a lifetime experience. Arigato!

Amazing, I messed up and showed up t the wrong location there was a small chance I could jump on a train and catch it but it was my birthday celebration and they made it extra special and took me on a solo ride round the city with my guide Camilo was fantastic thank you so much for making my birthday special all smiles from me 10/10 recommend would do it again in a heartbeat felt safe had a blast and saw so many places fantastic experience thanks again.

Absolutely amazing experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Friendly and helpful tour guides. But what a crazy hour. I knew we were driving on the streets of Tokyo. But it didn't really sink in that we would be DRIVING ON THE STREETS OF TOKYO until we actually started the tour. Wow! What fun. A must do for sure.

What an amazing experience and very accommodating. We were originally booked a week ago but due to heavy rain, had to reschedule. I’m so glad we had it in our schedule to get rebooked. great route, with nice views!

very fun zipping around the streets in these little carts just gotta walk out for traffic because sometimes they don’t care we had one guy just determined to get over in between us and we’re in this little Card and he was in this big old van I wanted to jump off the car and whoop his butt for determining to merge into us but I couldn’t but safety was first it was very safe and fun a great experience while in Tokyo

Our Mario Kart go-karting experience through the streets of Tokyo was hands down one of the most exciting and unique activities we’ve ever done! From start to finish, it was an adrenaline-filled adventure that had us grinning the entire time. Driving through the city in a go-kart, dressed as our favorite characters, was surreal. The tour took us past some of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks, and the feeling of cruising alongside real traffic was both thrilling and unforgettable. The karts were easy to drive, and the guides did a fantastic job ensuring everyone was safe while still making it an epic experience. What really made the tour stand out was the energy of the group and the fun of waving to locals and tourists who couldn’t help but smile and snap photos. The whole experience felt like being in a real-life video game! If you’re visiting Tokyo, this is an absolute must-do. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime way to see the city and feel like a kid again. Highly recommend!

Surreal experience. Whole process was efficient and calm from start to finish. Passing through the Shibuya crossing 3-4 times was fantastic. The staff member leading the group was great in communicating whether to form a line of 1 or 2 as we approached red lights and made the driving easy and fun to follow his lead. Loved it!

It’s already our 4th time in Japan but it’s our very first GoKart experience! Expensive yet super worthy of every peso spent! I suggest you should get the 2hour gokart experience for as in my opinion, the 1hour tour really came up short!! If you have the money to spend, this is a must! you won’t regret it!

A must try!! I really enjoyed riding go karts throughout the city of Tokyo. My daughter also had a wonderful time. The staff were very helknowledgeable and friendly, and we all felt safe throughout the experience. If you do decide to try this activity, make sure you do it when the sun goes down, because the city is lit up and beautiful at night.
