Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Valid Time: Weekday use only (excluding public holidays). If a public holiday falls on a weekday, that weekday will be considered a holiday (including compensatory days off), and a regular single ticket (108) / double ticket (188) must be purchased for admission.

Children under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters), seniors aged 65 and above, and disabled individuals are admitted free of charge. The aforementioned individuals can enter with valid identification (Senior Citizen Card/Disability Certificate), and must be accompanied by a paying adult (one adult is limited to one free child or free senior, and additional tickets must be purchased for additional individuals).

Please do not bring firearms, ammunition, controlled knives, lighters, flammable and explosive materials, radioactive and corrosive items, or other dangerous items into the venue.

Please do not bring items that may affect the visit of other visitors or the safety of the exhibits, including but not limited to: food, beverages, flowers, art tools such as paintbrushes and pigments, animals, tripods, selfie sticks or gimbals, reflectors, skateboards, umbrellas, banners, megaphones, luggage, and items with maximum expandable dimensions greater than 40 cm.

Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted inside the venue (maximum extended length not exceeding 110 cm and width not exceeding 80 cm).

Children under 14 years of age and persons with reduced mobility must be accompanied by an adult to view the exhibition.

Operating or sales activities are prohibited within the venue. Please do not conduct lessons, workshops, or other group activities in the exhibition halls and public areas without prior authorization. For venue rental inquiries, please contact us.

Unauthorized live streaming, commercial photography, or any other form of commercial activity or activity involving copyright of works is prohibited within the venue.

During peak visitation hours, entry may be limited to manage crowding. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with on-site guidance.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
