The best money given out. This is such a good experience that we all enjoyed so much. The rickshaw drivers were knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. The communication with the company works smooth and they answer all questions promptly. Thank you for a wonderful time in Kyoto
Hugmin was incredible! She did an amazing job making the ride comfortable, taking photos, talking and teaching us about Japan! I was so impressed how strong she is! It's nice that they hold your name up for you to know exactly where to go. This was such a fun experience! We were able to see a lot and it was nice to rest our feet. We extended our ride because 30 minutes goes by too fast! I'm glad we did because we were able to visit a shrine and see where two enemy samurai are buried. I highly recommend this experience! Go for more time you wont regret it!!
absolutely blown away, we loved it. beautiful scenery, fantastic knowledge , our guide was an absolute legend,we extended our tour and did the temple as well, he was amazing with the kids and showed us Arashiyama like no other. absolutely recommend
A highlight of our Japan trip. I booked the two hour tour for myself, my parter and my parents (who were all pretty skeptical about the whole experience) but everyone had the best time. Our two guides were fantastic at explaining different Japanese customs and history of certain temples. They took heaps of photos (Using my camera and one of our IPhones) and it was one of the only chances we got to take group photos of all of us. If you’re looking for a way to see lots of different things in the Arashiyama area in a short amount of time. This is definitely the best way to do it. Thank you so much for having us!
This was one of my highlights for my trip to Kyoto! We had Yuta as our Rickshaw tour guide. Spoke perfect English, friendly and a pretty good photographer as well! He knew a lot about the areas he took us around and had a great sense of humour. This was also the best way to see the bamboo forest and the quieter parts of Arashiyama. Highly recommend doing this if you're in the Arashiyama Bamboo area! Also just to add, he was super safe with traffic and crowded areas, not once did we ever feel like we were going to tip off or go rolling down a hill uncontrollably lol!
First of all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience!! Totally satisfied~~~! If you have the chance, I highly recommend you try it. My son and I together weigh over 100 kilograms, which was embarrassing.... but they said it was okay, and they even wrote my reserved name on a placard and waited for me... I was so touched. My son asked why we only did it for 30 minutes, and said we should have done it for longer, but 30 minutes was enough. I was a little embarrassed to be on the crowded street, but I quickly got used to it. The person riding with us kept explaining things with a smile, and was so kind and fast~ faster than I thought~ I like that there were sections where we were zooming along~ The person using the nickname "Kawa i" is really kawaii~ They are humorous and have the best photography skills. I recommend this experience if you have the chance. The weather was great, and I was so happy.
Our guide Saku was a very communicafive and easy to talk to. Having knowledge of Arashiyama area like a back of his hand, in addition to take fantastic pictures as well. Will recommend this tour (make sure to take at least 70 minutes)
The rickshaw tour is worth every single cent. Our guide, Yoshito, is very professional, always with a smiling face and engaging with us throughout the tour. He also took great photos for us and recommended some nice places to visit. Me and my family are very happy with the tour and will definitely book again when I am back in Kyoto.
The Arashiyama Rickshaw Tour was one of the best choices I made during my trip to Japan. The staff were very friendly and the photos they took were a work of art. It was a completely different experience from the rickshaws I rode in Southeast Asia. I highly recommend you ride it.
The trip was great, Yoshi-san is friendly and very knowledgeable, plus he speaks english and great photographer. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵💫💫💫💫💫💫
