Hotel location was great. Located in the middle of the city, close to food chain restaurants, convenience stores, and night markets. Only 2-3 kms from the Hualien TRA station. The hotel itself was clean, relatively new building, and smells nice. Staff was helpful in showing the nearest and recommended restaurants to try (I attached the pic below). There were washing machines and dryers free to use. Playing room for children. A lounge area with free snacks and drinks, as well as TV. They also can loan us bikes to use for several hours, also free. Rooms were spacious, we brought 2 big luggage and a smaller one, and when all of them were opened we can still walk around the room freely. We booked the triple room. Amenities were not provided. Only towels. They told us to buy from the vending machine in the 1st floor if we want to use amenities and toileteries. They gave us complimentary drinks. Overall, it was a good stay, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is surprising good with their vegetarian breakfast buffet. This is something new for me and my family. I can say that it was even better than some of the more expensive hotel in other parts of Taiwan. Take note that you have to pay for your toothbrush and bathroom sandals if you need. This is because they are going green šŸ‘
