Our family apartment was really spacious & comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was very central. Only 1 min walk from Asakusa Station & close to Nakamise Shopping Street. There is a Family Mart next door & 1 7-11 just down the road. The staff were very friendly. They took teh time to expalin the luggae delivery service, which we used on the final day to send our bags to Haneda Airport. We also participated in one of the hotel's mini events (making our own Christmas tree ornaments). We also appreciated the thoughtful extras that were available (vacuum, digital scale, travel adapters & kitchen utensils). And the rooftop had a really good view of the Tokyo Skytree, Sumida River & the Asahi Headquarters, especially at sunset.

Excellent hotel which is so close to the station and several tourist hot spots! We loved the rooftop deck at night so we could watch the changing lights on the Tokyo Skytree and appreciated the dining space for when we were in the room. Very friendly staff with lots of suggestions of things to do. Also appreciated the coin laundry!

Very good location and there’s a family mart below. Staff were friendly and there’s also a coin operated laundry room at the lobby. We enjoyed our stay!
