really nice way to stay in hakone, a little further out but the onsen is quite nice especially since it’s unlikely to be crowded

The staff at the onsen hotel were very friendly and provided clear explanations of the hotel’s facilities. We traveled by bus and took about a 10-minute walk from the bus station to the hotel. There is an uphill slope along the way, which may make it a bit challenging to carry luggage up to the hotel. We enjoyed the onsen and the room. Although we did not choose the meal options, we believe they could be a nice experience. Overall, we recommend this hotel for its good value, friendly staff, and clean rooms.
