スタッフ一人ひとりの接客マナーや意識がとても高く、清潔で安心して宿泊できる。アルコール類も必要最低限揃えてあり、ブース内の使用済みカップなども常時監視しているようで、気持ち良く利用出来る。冷蔵庫は静音タイプの電子冷蔵庫なので、就寝中は静かで良く眠れるが、最強にしてもキッチリと冷えないのは残念。エアウィーブのマットは長時間寝ていても腰に負担が全く無く、旅先での疲れが癒される。地下鉄唐人町駅からも至近で便利。タワーパーキングが併設されているが、高さが155㎝迄、しかし近所にコインパも複数あるのでSUVでも安心。
