The view to Beppu Bay is good. The opposite of hotel is a Lawson, having a hot spring(public bathroom), parking is free next to hotel. But the facilities are a bit old.

The hot springs are available to men from 5-6 AM, 7:30-9 AM, 3-4:30 PM, 6:30-8 PM, and 10 PM-11:30 PM. Guests must be at least age 20 to stay in a smoking room.
