the staffs slightly racist. They don’t want to try to speak or make conversations in english even though we are having a mobile phone for them to see the photos. they canceled all our conversations.

I really loved this hotel and will booked again. it's very close to toyohashi station which made going on trips very easy. The rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly.
