The hotel has a lot of services that were helpful to us- laundry, microwave, good breakfast and free coffee. It was right near the train station and excellent shops. Clean rooms and soft beddings.

The location was fantastic, close to all the good malls and the undergound mall. It was a very short walk. Amenities were available at the front desk and reception. Would consider staying again.

The hotel satisfied our requirements for a relaxing stay. Our room was just right for the four of us- 2 parents and 2 young kids. The toilet was a bit small, typical of Japanese ones.

Stayed 2 nights here It is just adjacent to the train station You have bus stop and tram (Street Car) in front of the hotel Next to the hotel you have huge mall The mall is huge with plenty of varieties and restaurant. You can walk to the cable car station that goes up to the mountain for a fantastic night view. It is however a 10 minutes walk. Nice to do that in Spring and Autumn. The rooms are old design type thus you get a bigger room compared to those newer Japanese hotel Being old, the carpet looks dirty Buffett breakfast varieties are very much standard in Japan Don't expect those you see those in Bangkok, Vietnam or Singapore Staff all have good conversational english It is value for money and being next to train station, you are well connected to many locations. You don't need to spend that >JPY2,000 for taxi ride to get to your hotel.
