everything was great until I found some hairs in the bath tub. it was saaaaaad, but the use of spa compensate for it. additional ¥500 using it. this hotel is great for stay if you’re catching an early flight from Kobe airport, location is easy to find as it is very near the station. beware though as conversations from next room could be heard. walls are thin.
