Stayed with kids

Great stay however couple points would have made it better. The main one worth mentioning is we travelled with young kids and it was a safety concern that they could get out of the hotel room easily as there was no security lock up high like most hotel rooms. We mentioned this and maintenance had a look but in the end didn’t do anything about this. None of the rooms had this as we had other friends and family staying and there hotel doors were the same. That being said if we came back and wanted to stay in that location we would most likely stay there again :)

Stayed with kids

Booked 3 people in the room but only 2 towels in the bathroom, it was late when we checked in & didn't bother reporting, we had a towel of our own. Otherwise would stay again & recommend to others.

Great
Hotel and room clean. Comfy beds. Would stay here again but disappointed nil mini bar and also limited to no bathroom amenities, only soap and shampoo. No moisturisers and creams. Also no complimentary water in the room. The water in the spa near the pool also needed a clean. Breakfast buffet choices were really good. Staff great. The introduction of the table tennis was great for the kids.

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms and a nice breakfast. Hotel smelt of electrical or other type of recent fire, ceiling leaks in a few spots.

Below average
Room was not cleaned, I stayed two nights and the room didnt get cleaned after the first night either. TV not working.... Maybe I just had a bad day. I have stayed here before, the location is great and parking nearby, but the place is pretty run down and looking tired, this does not bother me, but just wanted a clean room.

Parking was reasonable, choice of underground/gated carpark at rear or paid parking on frontage. Breakfast was expensive but easily accessible due to time constraints. The staff did a grand job with dealing with an emergency(electrical fire), and secured alternative accommodation for the night
