I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the hospitality. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my experience very comfortable. I was in a rush when checking out and accidentally left a pair of pants behind. The team went above and beyond by quickly arranging to ship them to my next hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Masatada Ohno for his exceptional support and professionalism. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again!

if I could give the staff 10/5 I would. The owner is a friendly gentleman who was so helpful. We loved our room and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were hard but that was expected. The onsen was very nice and the kimonos were a nice touch. 100% recommend!
