the location was great, and the staff were very accomodating. i could not make calls to reserve a restaurant and the reception helped me reserve a table and was very nice. i would recomment this hotel. the rooms were very good and they had mochi.

very decent hotel for Hualien. close to train station. room is spacious and generally clean. tv has good range of channels including HBO and Natgeo. Toilet slightly dated but does not make u feel queasy or dirty. A very nice touch to have daily restocked muachee in the rooms for guests. overall 4.5 stars experience! will stay again if going to Hualien 😊
