We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained.
At night, the noise level was also an issue. We could clearly hear ambulances and sirens, which made it difficult to fully relax and rest.
Overall, the hotel didn’t give us the Japan experience we were hoping for. It lacked the attention to detail, calm atmosphere, and polished feel that we’ve come to expect when visiting Japan.
