We really enjoyed our stay here. It is also beside the Daiba Station which made our commute very convenient. There is also a Family Mart nearby (walk straight after Daiba Station, outside Grand Niko). We haven’t tried the breakfast at the first floor since we have access to executive lounge which also provides breakfast until 10am. The lounge was less crowded except on Sunday. We also booked a king bed but they gave us twin. They said they’re fully booked so we don’t have any choice (which is fine by us). All in all, a very convenient and excellent experience.
