Oh wow. Where to begin. What's not to like here? Everything was great. This was the classiest hotel we stayed in Taiwan for our 14-day trip and were blown away. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Location is rather far from Chiayi train station so probably need to take bus to the train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a washing machine and dryer machine (both free). Room is spacious and clean!

Great location as we were pretty near to a lot of attractions, majority 10-15 minutes walking distance. There's convenience stores and a lot of eateries near by too. Room was bigger than we expected! Comfortable, spacious, private and peaceful. One of the good part is we were given a one time use of the free flow snacks and drinks coupon any day during our stay between 2pm to 9/10pm which is so worth because the passion fruit slushie was so good we had to head back down and grab another cup to enjoy! Toilet was great as they use the Japanese kind of toilet bowl. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided but others such as the conditioner and body wash+shampoo, towels are provided. Staff were all really hospitable and friendly during our stay and when we forget our keycards as we left it in the room, they were not fussy and were friendly to follow us up to the room to help us open door. Thanks for the great stay! Will recommend :)

I had a very pleasant stay at Maison de Chine Hotel Chiayi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring Chiayi, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome experience here. Booked the japanese style room and was amazed at it’s size. had us feeling like we were at Japan while at Chiayi.

I won the 5000ntd so I used it here for 1 night. We booked the japanese room and it was extremely clean and minimalistic. Although it was a bit pricey but they have a lot of complimentary food in the room. No bathrobe or toiletries (toothbrush/soap/shampoo) though. Would be nice if there's a swimming pool so you can take advantage of the hotel's amenities.

decent stay for the price as there were stains on the toilet ceiling and the room was quite dark as lights were lacking.
