Location is acceptable, 15mins walk from train station. 15mins walk to Hinoki Village as well. 10 mins walk to Wen Hua Road Night Market. Chiayi old prison is nearby within walking distance as well. Occasionally the door opening sound at the hall way is quite loud but still acceptable for overall. Staff is okay and quite understanding.

We had a wonderful stay in charming chiayi LOOK HOTEL. Very clean and lots of space, comfortable and warm nice room. The beddings and linens are very good and tidy.The staff are very kind, friendly and flexible. The location is good easy reach of shops and restaurants.Highly recommended. I will certainly be back.

excellent hotel, good location near to train station but is far from HSR station. Room was big, clean and with all the facilities. I will suggest just to upgrade the TV because is not smart and for tourists local tv is not a good option.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a plus that our receptionist was a Filipina as well and she was really accomodating and nice. For improvement, maybe some of their staffs are not yet able to communicate in English but we are thankful that they we're really trying to converse with us using a voice translation which is a plus for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay in our hotel. Hoping that we will come back soon and stay here. The location of the hotel is really great too because all the places are accessible plus it is just a 5 minute walk to Liuhe Night Market which we enjoyed. All the food there is worth the try you can also go to Pier 2 quickly using train or Uber. The breakfast buffet is also good because there are some options such as noodles, eggs, mantau, porraige, breads, fresh fruits and milk. Our favorite will definetly the fresh fruits. For upgrade also we suggest for daily cleaning of the pool because we weren't able to swim since the water is dirty.

the hotel is located a few minutes walk away from Chiayi TRA. the staff were kind. room was big, clean and comfortable. breakfast had vegetarian options.

So far the best hotel that we got in our stay in Taiwan, it is clean and near to different establishment. Also, there’s a park near it. The room was big enough for 2 people
