hotel is great, hotel staff were very helpful too. only thing is klook, don’t book from them on pay later. they trying to scam, they didn’t deduct the card as bank said & they up the price prior to our stay. chat with cs but it totally useless & they tell us to cancel when it only a few days to our stay. their pay later is a SCAM. in the end I got no choice but to pay yo with my other family friend whom book with other platform

Amazing place, really really good breakfast! room was clean and spacious, location was a 15min walk to the city center (Susukino) & 28mins to Sapporo Train Station. There's also a bus stop that you can board for easier travelling around the area.
