location is very good! 2 packs of titbits provided daily. house cleaning is superb! there is a washing machine & a dryer but u have to pay for using them. initially the toilet was clogged, called the staff to fix it but ended up the toilet sewage smell very strong. >< all counter staffs were very helpful & friendly EXCEPT 1 male staffs who was quite unfriendly & impatient.

The staffs are very accomodating and helpful. The water pressure is very good at the shower even if we are on the 10th floor. the only thing I don't like on their bathroom id they have no bidet but the rest is all good.

second time staying here and all was well just like on our first time - clean and staff is friendly, very good location in the heart of ximen. the power sockets are multi so they work for various types of plugs from different countries. thank you!

This hotel is highly recommended. The place is enough for us and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also friendly & can understand English. They are very kind and accommodating & lets us leave our luggages to stroll around
