It was nice to have a hotel close to the train station, as well as the tower, where there was a delicious food court with several options! The rooms are on the older side regarding decoration and amenities; however, it was nice for a quick stay in Kyoto!

Very convenient location next to Kyoto Station and eateries. The room was decent sized for two persons but may be a little cramped if having large luggage. The amenities were adequate. There were also restaurants in the hotel but there were many more cheaper alternatives just a door step away at Porta, which was the basement around the Kyoto Station.

The hotel may be older, but the location couldn’t be better. It’s directly across from Kyoto Station, with nearby conbini and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
