We chose this hotel because it was next to exit 3 of metro Hibiya line. The main issue is not the hotel but the absence of escalator at Kodenmacho station. I'm not sure if there is a lift at other exit. Carrying the luggage after arriving from Narita airport using Keisei line followed by Hibiya line was very tiring when we have to walk up several sets of stairs. The hotel itself is very clean with fairly sizeable room for Tokyo standard! Need to ask for extra pillows. We can just managed to open our suitcase on the floor of the room. It comes with good amenities including kettle, pyjamas and slippers for the onsen on the 10th floor. The lifts are very efficient. Good selection of Japanese breakfast. There is a small smoking room on the 7th and 9th floor which is where the vending machines and icemakers are located. The free ramen is not vegan. All staff are polite and welcoming. Akihabara station is one stop away. There are convenience stores and supermarket and coffee shop nearby.

kodenmacho area don’t have much tourist place. however Dormy inn is great anywhere it is and very conveniently located right outside kodenmacho Hibiya line exit!
